Your Decision Record
One file for what you wanted, what constrained the decision, what evidence was attached, what you chose and what happened next. It stays in this browser unless you deliberately carry it to another Vanity desk.
No Decision Record yet.
The record fills itself from things you actually did, not from opening a page. Three things write to it: logging a day on Wear, following a handoff out to Skincare or Spa, and arriving here from one of those desks with context attached.
